Refund policy
Returns
Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing william.wofford@icloud.com with your order number. Items must be unused, with their original tags and packaging. Please wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back. Do not send returns to our business address.
Return shipping
For a change-of-mind return, a $10 return-shipping charge is deducted from your refund. Original outbound shipping charges are not refunded. We do not charge a separate restocking fee. Send approved returns within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos if possible. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We do not charge return shipping for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Orders already being fulfilled may need to follow the return process. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
