We currently ship to customers in the United States. Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our supplier partner, Tiradia Cork.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout using your delivery address and order contents. Review the shipping charge before placing your order.

Processing and delivery

Our supplier typically dispatches orders within 4 business days. Delivery time is additional and depends on your destination and the shipping service. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will provide tracking information when available. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Address changes and cancellations

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly through our Contact page at /pages/contact. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once fulfillment has started.

Delays or delivery problems

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will work with our supplier to investigate and explain the available next steps. If we cannot ship within the promised processing time, we will notify you and offer the choice of accepting a revised shipping date or canceling for a refund.
