About these terms

These terms apply to purchases from Tidy Circuit and use of our online store. Shopify provides the platform that hosts our store. Tidy Circuit is your seller and your contact for order questions.

Products and pricing

We sell desk and everyday organization accessories. Review product dimensions, materials, care instructions, and selected variants before ordering. Cork is a natural material, so color and pattern can vary. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Order availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable, or an order contains a material pricing error, we will contact you to explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Payment and fulfillment

Payment is collected through the methods offered at checkout. Our supplier partners ship products directly to customers. Tidy Circuit remains your contact for delivery issues, returns, and refunds. See our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy for the details that apply to your order.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or copy content in a way that infringes another party’s rights.

Updates and customer rights

We may revise these terms for future purchases. The terms presented when you place an order apply to that order. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
